This #55227 Countersink tool with (A°) angle 49°, (B) Cutting Height 3/64-3/8, (D) Diameter 3/8, and (D) shank 1/4, has an overall length (L) of 2-5/8. It is compatible with drill DIN 1897 and wood screw size 6, with a D1 diameter of 1/8. The replacement drill is 630-226, and the replacement Countersink is 55272. This Countersink can be used with the optional plug Cutter 55220.
The 55227 carbide Tipped 82 degree Countersink with adjustable depth stop and no-thrust ball bearing features a 3/8 dia x 1/8 drill DIA x 1/4 inch quick release hex shank. This design allows users to drill a pilot hole and tapered Countersink in one step, providing efficient and accurate results.
